Over the years I’ve had the privilege of connecting with others who are working on the front lines of non-profits and serving in the field directly. I immediately fell in love with this church and its people when their Children’s choir performed at our home church a few years ago. Their story and mission is so powerful. I felt God calling me to help Watoto in their efforts to bring hope and opportunities to these children.
Watoto has been rescuing orphaned and abandoned children for over 25 years. They give these children loving families, a home, medical care, schooling, and a place to worship! Watoto also empowers women in Uganda by offering them an education, training, and job opportunities to be leaders in their community and provide for their children!
GenerateHope is a safe place for survivors of sex trafficking to heal and find restoration in long-term housing and trauma-informed therapy, education, and vocational support. Since recovery from sexual exploitation is a long-term process, GenerateHope provides safety, community, and individualized life skills support to work through deep trauma and discover a healthy, purpose-filled life.
Many of these women come to their new home at GenerateHope with only a trash bag of old clothes and very little possessions. As a part of our efforts to help, we at Interior Designerella find it a privilege to provide them with new clothes, shoes and accessories as they find a new sense of self and help prepare them to rejoin the community!

Seeds of Hope International
Seeds of Hope is a nonprofit organization that restores communities and prevents young people from drug and alcohol addiction, gang violence, sex trafficking/exploitation, child labor, dropping out of school, and other detrimental repercussions of living in poverty. Seeds of
Hope also helps equip them with life skills that they can use to become fruitful adults in the culture that they live in. They provide a transformative curriculum of functional vocational classes, spiritual growth, and English classes that will offer these young people new opportunities and a renewed hope. The most important aspect of Seeds of Hope is to show unconditional love to communities in need!
I first learned of Seeds of Hope International through my good friend, Dana. Dana is the owner of Tailored Living North County and is the one who installed the new master closet! In addition to her full time entrepreneurship, she is also one of the founding members of Seeds of Hope International.
Kids Alive International is committed to providing physical and spiritual care for orphaned and abandoned children around the world.
For over 100 years, Kids Alive has rescued orphans and other vulnerable and forgotten children in 12 countries around the world. Through the blessing of child sponsorship, these kids receive loving, holistic care and a quality education, helping break the bondage of hunger, abuse, and exploitation. Best of all, they have the opportunity to know and trust Jesus Christ and follow Him.
Kids Alive is at work, every day, in 12 countries in six distinct regions of our world. Because needs vary so much from region to region and even country to country, KAI offers many different types of programs to meet each country’s unique needs.
